1. What is Totomo.in all about?
Totomo is your happy place for cute, quirky, and customizable everyday products – think tote bags, mugs, tees, and more. We turn basic essentials into statement pieces with personality!
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes we have a 3-day return policy so if you don't like anything, return it with ease. All you need to do it send an email to support@totomo.in or reach out to us on our cute little chatbot TOTO and furnish all the details. Once approved, we will process the return.
3. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We love letting you be the designer. Customization is available on select products – just check the product description or drop us a message to discuss your idea.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our usual processing time is 1-2 working days, and shipping typically takes 8 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on the way!
5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship all across India! Stay tuned – we’re working on expanding our reach soon.
6. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! Our tote bags are made using reusable, durable fabric, and we try our best to reduce plastic packaging. Small steps, big impact!
7. I entered the wrong address – help!
No worries! If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@totomo.in with the correct details. Once it's shipped, we won't be able to make changes.
8. Can I cancel my order?
For now, we don't have any option to cancel the order but in case you change your mind after placing the order, contact us on support@totomo.in within 1 hour or placing the order and we will initiate the cancellation for you, no questions asked.
9. How do I care for my Totomo tote or tee?
For best results, hand wash in cold water and dry in the shade. Keep the cuteness alive longer by avoiding harsh detergents and ironing directly on prints.
