2. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 3-day return policy on eligible products. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they're damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a reverse pickup, and once the returned product passes our quality check, we'll dispatch your exchange. A ₹100 exchange fee applies. Customized products are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
4. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We offer customization on selected products. Upload your design or contact us to bring your idea to life.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard order processing and delivery time is 5–8 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
7. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update it.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
9. How do I care for my Totomo products?
Follow the care instructions provided with your product. For printed items, avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and ironing directly on the print.
10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We cater to corporate gifting, events, team merchandise, weddings, and bulk orders. Contact us for a custom quote.
11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
