Return & Exchange Policy

At Totomo, we put a lot of love and care into curating every product we sell. But if something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we offer a free 3-day return or exchange policy for select cases.
Returns/Exchanges Accepted Only For:
- Size or fit issues
- Quality concerns
If your order falls under either of these categories, please log in to your Totomo account and initiate the return process directly from the Orders section within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return/ Exchange Conditions
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during transit
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Please note that exchanges are allowed only once per order. Any product that has already been exchanged will not qualify for another exchange or return request.
All returns are subject to review and approval. Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality check inspection, and the return or exchange will only be approved if the product passes our quality standards.
Note: Any used, washed, altered, or damaged item will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Refund & Store Credit Processing
At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Once your return is approved after the quality check, you will receive Totomo Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned product. This store credit can be used to purchase any item from our website. No expiry, no hassle!
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Customized or personalized products
- Stationery items (e.g. notepads)
