- International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it, stay tuned!

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes up to 7-8 days, depending on your location.
- Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can use that link to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping will incur additional charges.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at support@totomo.in.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
- Received a damaged package? Let us know within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
